Sinclair pays 100% of the cost for Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for all full time employees which will be provided through Lincoln Financial Group.
Life insurance provides financial protection for your family in the event of your death. Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits provide additional coverage should you be seriously injured or should your death be the result of an accident.

How to Add or Update a Beneficiary for Your Life Insurance:

- Log on to The Bridge and select the Benefits icon on the home page
- Or click on sinclairenrollment.com
- If you are inside the Sinclair domain, you will automatically be logged in through single sign-on
- If you are outside of the Sinclair domain, you will need to register an account with your date of birth, social security number, and the Company Key: sinclair
- From the BenefitSolver website, select the icon to “Change My Benefits”
- Click on > Basic Info
- Select “Change of Beneficiary“
- Enter the effective date of the change
